- Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be terminated.
- The name on the account and the name on the payment method must match. Transactions using a third party's account are not permitted.

3.2 Account Security

Section 4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
588hh currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No payment methods other than these are accepted.
4.2 Deposit Limits and Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposited funds must come from the same payment method that is registered on the account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- We make every effort to credit deposited amounts to your account promptly, however a slight delay may occur due to technical reasons.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- If a bonus is active, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Section 5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
588hh offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,500.
5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x.
- This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
- If you attempt to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus may be cancelled.
- There may be restrictions on using the bonus in certain games — the detailed terms of each offer will be stated separately.
5.3 General Promotion Terms
- Each promotional offer may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn on their own — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirements can be withdrawn.
- If there is any ambiguity regarding a promotion, the decision of 588hh will be final.
- 588hh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be permanently terminated immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.
Section 8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by Member

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 588hh
588hh may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

- If the account was registered using false information.
- To comply with regulatory directives or legal requirements.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
